Olympe was developed by Jean–Marie Attonaty to enable farmers to study various possible orientations , to test different hypotheses and hazards to establish budgets.
Olympe has many functions and possibilities of utilisation, making it too complicated for a non (or poorly) experienced user, who will quickly be disappointed in it. A basic training by a practiced user is therefore required.
There are two preconditions for its use:
To follow a basic training
(for which you have to pay). It can be given by any of the three above-mentioned institutions. The basic training is essential.
To register
to the network
of users. The (free) registration will allow you to:
access the forum pages
where you can exchanges and share information with the various international users and ask technical questions to the designer.
N.B.: The training fees are used to pay for the trainees' travelling and local expenses, and for the training sessions inherent costs (preparation, animation, editing, materials and logistics, etc.).
