It is possible to convert .oly files (files created by Olympe
) into or from .mdb files (files created by Ms Access®
).
This is simply done using the "Read_Access" or the "Write_Access" option in the File menu. The file can also be directly created and modified with MS Access®
before being read by Olympe.
Content of the database
The .mdb file created from Olymp "Write_Access" contains all the tables described in the Olympe_Access Tables [270.67 kB]
file ; i.e. :
Unit Systems and VAT(2 tables
) ;
Definitions : list of items by categories (9 tables
) ;
Workshops : list of categories, sub-categories and their characteristics (4 tables
) ;
Hazards (2 tables
) ;
Farms and their characteristics : Definitions, production areas, animals, and finance (21 tables
)
sets of farmers (2 tables
).
